Fought in the Nagatacho area for the angels' request quest. Two Andras plus Eligor (Game8: 'Eligor and 2 Andras'; wiki SMT V list: Andras x2). Wiki has Vengeance blocks 'The Angels' Request' for both (Eligor HP 750, Andras HP ~400). Same fight in the Canon of Creation.
